Project CONNECT Registration Form 2017-18
Project CONNECT – After Care Available for Bailey, Oak and Momot students
Project CONNECT – Stafford MS After School Program: Homework Help/Life Skills
Project CONNECT operates daily (following the PCSD calendar), in your child(ren)’s school, from dismissal until 5:30pm. Programming includes: Homework help/tutoring (dedicated time each day which focuses on homework and tutoring of individuals based on identified needs), Daily Age Appropriate Programming (fun and engaging activities led by SUNY Plattsburgh Teacher Candidates with a focus on literacy, math, science, social studies, and the arts), Recreation (physical activities, as well as recreational activities to enhance academic learning, teambuilding, and having fun), and Auxiliary Programming (several of our current community partners include 4-H and many different SUNY Plattsburgh departments). Participants are also provided with a nutritional snack each day.

If you are interested in securing your child(ren) a spot for the upcoming program year, please fully complete a registration form, provide a copy of your child(ren)’s immunization record, and submit a $20.00 registration fee (cash or check made payable to Project CONNECT).
